Can I use the content for free?

Yes, accredited media, press, journalist or partners can use content for free on a respective official platform for editorial use content.

Please note that the publication of photos must be accompanied by the official credit (e.g. Expo 2020 Dubai LLC – SO / photographer's name). For videos the copyright credit is © Expo 2020 Dubai LLC – SO.

Can I use the content for my brand?

The use of content in the MAM is for editorial use only. If you aim to use the content for commercial use, please go the MAM, find the asset that suits your needs and click on ‘Request License for Commercial Use’. Please complete the form and submit. The rest is processed by our MAM team and the Commercial team who will check the rights and confirm conditions with you.

Can I use the content for news or editorial purpose on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. for free?

Yes, you can use it on all social media platforms. For editorial use purposes the use on YouTube should not exceed 70% of the original "Editorial Use" Content and the credit © Expo 2020 Dubai LLC – SO should be visible at all times.

Can I use images or videos of an event for private use?

Our Terms & Conditions do not allow private use of any material downloaded from the MAM system. All our content is protected by copyright and its use is closely monitored. If you use our products for private use only, we would like to ask you to delete the ordered content and do not attempt to use or distribute it.

What if I can’t find content relating to a specific event?

If you are looking for specific content but you can’t find it we are happy to help you, please get in touch with us at mam@expo2020dubai.ae. We try our best to help you with your query but be aware that this process might take up to one (1) week.

Can I use a video or image I have seen on www.expo2020dubai.com?

Please note that our MAM system www.expo2020dubai.com doesn’t cover all content from our website www.expo2020dubai.com. If you can’t find the content on the MAM we are happy to find similar content for you, please get in touch with us at mam@expo2020dubai.ae. We try our best to help you with your query but be aware that this process might take up to one (1) week.

What if my login isn’t working, or I forget my username or password?

Please note that your logging details are related to your Expo 2020 accreditation profiles. If you forgot your password please contact us at mam@expo2020dubai.ae

Can I change my email address?

Unfortunately, we cannot change email addresses because they are at the same time the username for each user and related to your Expo 2020 accreditation profile.

Can I deactivate my account?

Please contact us at mam@expo2020dubai.ae and we will deactivate your account.
